- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure project management

- Holding relevant professional certifications

- Excellent command of English (spoken, written, and reading)

- Previous experience in reputable Egyptian construction companies such as Hassan Allam Holding, Orascom Construction, Hill International, .....
